LEADERSHIP
Matthew 20:26–28
“Whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant, and whoever wants to be first must be your slave – just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many.”

In the Christian realm, all leadership should be servant leadership.

STEWARDSHIP
1 Peter 4:10
“As each has received a gift, use it to serve one another, as good stewards of God’s varied grace.”

2 Corinthians 9: 6–7
“The point is this: whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows bountifully will also reap bountifully. Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.”

LEADERSHIP VALUES
Humility (Philippians 2:3)
“Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility value others above yourselves.”

Discipline (Hebrews 12:11)
“For the moment all discipline seems painful rather than pleasant, but later it yields the peaceful fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it.”

Servant’s Heart (Philippians 2:6–7)
“who, though he was in the form of God, did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped, but emptied himself, taking the form of a servant, being born in the likeness of men.”
