RCIA, or the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults, is the process through which adults join the Catholic Church. It’s a journey of faith formation that includes learning about Catholic beliefs, practices, and traditions, and culminates in receiving the sacraments of initiation: Baptism, Confirmation, and Eucharist (if not already baptized).
