NEW STUDENTS

• Complete the online Registration Form – Click HERE (Deadline to complete the registration form is on Monday, September 22, 2025)
• Email a copy of the student’s baptismal certificate to Sheila Remolar-Reduta at sjtafaithformation@gmail.com.
• If you are not registered with the parish, please complete the St. James Parish Registration Form available at the St. James Parish Office. Please call the office at (510) 792-1962 to obtain a copy of the form. All students registering for CCD must be registered parishioners of St. James.
• Download, print and complete the Parental Permission, Health Authorization, Release Form – Click HERE
• Pay the registration fee – please see the list of fees below.
• Note: If you are a new student signing up for the Confirmation program but did not attend and complete a CCD class within the last three years, you will be required to take and pass a written exam. Otherwise, you will need to complete Level 6 and/or Pre-Confirmation prior to being admitted to the Confirmation program.

RETURNING STUDENTS

• Note: If you are a returning student signing up for the Confirmation program but did not attend and complete a CCD class within the last three years, you will be required to take and pass a written exam. Otherwise, you will need to complete Level 6 and/or Pre-Confirmation prior to being admitted to the Confirmation program.

REGISTRATION FEES

Below are the CCD registration fees. You can pay via “Check” or “Cash” during the CCD Open House & Orientation on Saturday, September 27, 2025. If paying by Check, please make it payable to “St. James the Apostle” and under “Notes” please put “CCD and the student’s name”. If you would like to make a payment prior to September 27th, please contact Sheila Remolar-Reduta at sjtafaithformation@gmail.com.

$300.00 per student – Registration fee for Confirmation Class
$200.00 per student – Registration fee for First Communion, Pre-Confirmation and Levels 1-6

Late Registration fees (past the September 22nd deadline) are as follows:
$400.00 per student – Late Registration fee for Confirmation Class
$300.00 per student – Late Registration fee for First Communion, Pre-Confirmation and Levels 1-6
